WHO WE ARE
Sharee Bartlett leads the Practice Administrative Services team having a proven record as a commercial, driven and strategic senior leader, with an extensive career in the healthcare sector, leading teams of over 460 with associated budget responsibility of more than $90m.
Sharee spans public and private sector experience in service management roles with ADHB and also as a private consultant setting up medical practices in New Zealand. This includes introducing process improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies utilising Lean Six Sigma methodology, coupled with increased team engagement to ensure organisational goals are reached.
Sharee's ability to create, motivate and inspire large teams has been demonstrated throughout her career, achieving challenging goals, contractual targets and service delivery requirements.
